This completely original felt hat has a classy shape that can be worn either straight or at a tilt. This hat has a small neat brim with a slight downward curve which is shorter at the back. The original trimming was of sewn burnt ostrich feathers sewn in rows around the crown. the feather strands have gone, leaving only the quills, but have been left on, as they still look good, and authenticates the era it was made in.
